Brie, Pear & Roasted Hazelnut Crusty Rolls
Enjoy a lighter bite this summer with a Brie, Pear and Hazelnut Sandwich, served on a Ready To Bake Crusty Roll. A delicious and fresh combination of sweet and savoury flavours, this is a great meal idea for when the weather starts getting warmer and perfect for al fresco dining.

Ingredients
160g brie
20g roasted hazelnuts, chopped
2 pears
20g fresh rocket
Method
Preheat the oven and bake the Crusty Rolls according to the pack instructions
Whilst the rolls are cooking thinly slice the brie and the pears
Once the Crusty Rolls are baked, slice in half before layering the sliced brie and chopped hazelnuts onto the base of the roll
Place the base of the roll under the grill for a couple of minutes to allow the brie to melt
Top with the sliced pear and some fresh rocket to serve
