Smoked Salmon Brunch
Looking for an easy yet delicious summer brunch idea? With some Ready To Bake Multi-Seed Rolls topped with smoked salmon, cucumber, cream cheese and chopped spring onions, you can easily make a brunch dish that will impress whoever you serve it to.

Ingredients
10cm piece cucumber
100g cream cheese
100g smoked salmon
1 spring onion, finely sliced
1 red chilli, finely sliced
Black pepper
1 lime, cut into wedges
Method
Bake the Multi-Seed Rolls according to the pack instructions then set aside to cool slightly
Use a speed peeler to make long ribbons of cucumber
Slice the Multi-Seed Rolls in half then arrange on a platter or board with the smoked salmon and cucumber ribbons. Place the other ingredients into small bowls
Serve on the platter and let people assemble their own lunch! Spread the bases with a little cream cheese and some smoked salmon, add a few ribbons of cucumber and sprinkle on spring onions, chilli, black pepper and lime juice to taste
