  • 4 Large eggs weighed in their shells

  • ½ the weight of eggs in softened unsalted butter

  • ½ the weight of eggs in soft margerine

  • The full weight of all 4 eggs in caster sugar

  • The full weight of all 4 eggs in self-raising flour

  • Raspberry jam
