Za'atar Baked Goat's Cheese & Roasted Tomato Multi-Seed Rolls

For an easy sandwich packed full of flavour, fill a Ready to Bake Multi-Seed Roll with grilled goat’s cheese and roasted tomatoes, sprinkled with herby and crunchy Za'atar spices.

Serves: 2

Takes: 30 minutes


  • 10-12 cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • 2 x 100g goats cheese logs

  • 1-2 tsp Za’atar spice mix

  • 1 tbsp shelled unsalted pistachio nuts, roughly chopped

  • Handful rocket leaves


  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C fan and cook the Multi-Seed Rolls according to the pack instructions. Preheat the grill.

  2. Meanwhile, place the halved cherry tomatoes, cut side facing upwards, onto a small baking tray or oven dish. Drizzle with olive oil and pop under the grill for 2-3 minutes

  3. Slice each goat’s cheese log into two rounds and nestle in with the tomatoes. Sprinkle the za’atar spices over the tomatoes and cheese then scatter the chopped pistachios over the top. Place back under the grill for another 3-5 minutes or until the cheese is starting to melt and turn golden. 

  4. Split the Multi-Seed Rolls and add some rocket leaves then scoop in some of the goats cheese and tomatoes and pop on the lids
