Pastrami & Swiss Cheese Toasted Sandwich
During the cosier autumn months, it's time to start trying out some comfort dishes like this sandwich. Fill Ready to Bake Multi-Seed Rolls with tasty pastrami slices, melted cheese and tangy gherkins and you won’t regret it.

Ingredients
4 tsp mustard (you can use Dijon, Wholegrain, English or American style mustard)
8 slices pastrami
4-8 slices swiss cheese such as Emmental or Gruyere
Pickled gherkins, sliced
Method
Preheat the oven and bake the Multi-Seed Rolls according to the pack instructions
When the Multi-Seed Rolls are ready, lift them out of the oven and switch the grill onto a medium-high heat. Allow the Multi-Seed Rolls to cool for a minute then slice in half and put the bases back onto the baking tray. Keep the lids warm to one side
Spread a little mustard over each of the bases then top with a couple of slices of pastrami and one or two slices of cheese
Place under the grill for a minute or two until the cheese is melting and just starting to turn golden
Add a couple of sliced gherkins and pop on the lids. Serve with mayo and sauerkraut on the side if you like, for a New York deli-style lunch
