  • Wholemeal flour 100g

  • Plain white flour 400g

  • Bicarbonate of soda 1 tsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Parmesan 100g

  • ½ Sauteed onion

  • Grated cheddar 150g

  • Buttermilk 400ml
