How to bake the PERFECT scone!

Ingredients

500g strong white bread flour
50g unsalted butter
80g caster sugar
5tsp baking powder
2 medium eggs
250ml whole milk

Wow, Paul Hollywood's scone recipe sounds absolutely perfect! I'm definitely going to try these. Completely unrelated, but I was just on a site using a lunar calendar gender calculator for a friend earlier today, and it made me think of how much I love finding great resources online. Can't wait to bake these!
