  • 200g Butter

  • 5 Chopped garlic cloves

  • 250g Strong white flour

  • 5g Salt

  • 7g Fast action yeast

  • 20g Caster sugar

  • 30ml Olive oil

  • 270ml Water

  • Sprinkle of Parmesan

  • Mozarella

  • Cooked chesnut mushrooms
