Christmas Dinner Leftovers "French Dip" Sandwich
A great way to use leftover meat and stuffing from your Christmas or roast dinner, this sandwich served on a Ready To Bake Rustic Roll is great for dipping into a warm and rich pot of gravy.
Takes: 20 minutes
Leftover turkey, sliced
Few fresh sage leaves
Leftover cheese from the cheeseboard – we used Brie
Preheat the oven and bake the Rustic Rolls according to the pack instructions
Meanwhile heat the leftover gravy until piping hot
Split the Rustic Rolls in half and spread a little butter over each. Add some sliced turkey and a little stuffing, then sprinkle over a little torn sage. Add a slice or two of brie, a dollop of cranberry sauce, then squish on the lids
Pour the hot gravy into a bowl or jug and serve alongside the rolls - perfect for dipping the rolls into!
