Proscuitto, Ricotta & Fig Crusty Rolls

Looking for something special to treat a loved one with? Try this Prosciutto, Ricotta & Fig combination, served in a Ready to Bake Crusty Roll, to show someone some love no matter what the occasion.​

Serves: 4

Takes: 20 minutes



  1. Preheat the oven and bake the Crusty Rolls according to the pack instructions

  2. When the Crusty Rolls are ready, leave to cool for a few minutes then slice them in half and spread the bases with ricotta

  3. Add a little black pepper then a chicory leaf to each. Tuck in a few slices of fig and drape over the prosciutto. Sprinkle over the thyme leaves and add the lids
