Houmous, Chorizo & Kale Open Sandwiches
A simple yet flavourful sandwich idea, these Houmous, Chorizo & Kale Open Sandwiches can be made in no time at all and taste great with Ready To Bake Multi-Seed Rolls for an added bit of crunch.

Ingredients
150g chorizo, chopped into chunks approx. 1cm
6 handfuls curly kale, washed and shredded
2 tsp olive oil
4 tbsp houmous of your choice
Method
Preheat the oven and bake the Crusty Rolls according to the pack instructions
Meanwhile fry the chorizo in a dry frying pan for about 5 minutes until crispy and lightly browned then put into a warmed bowl
Add the olive oil to the pan and fry the kale for about 5 minutes – first it will wilt slightly, then it will start to go crispy around the edges
Split the Crusty Rolls in half and divide the houmous between them. Top each with some kale and chorizo and serve while warm
