have been misprints in the book, when it comes to the salt content. The new version is due out early in 2012, and my
It should read 7.5 to 10 Grams of salt per 500 Grams of flour, and not
the tablespoon(s) as has been mentioned in some of the recipes.
The Pastries and Cakes are not affected, only some
of the bread recipes.
These have already been revised in later editions,
and immediately in
the e-book.
